After graduating from university, Kelly Hu, the founder of Kingcolor Paper, was appointed as the head of the foreign trade team at a paper mill due to her strong English background and exceptional work abilities. In 2003, she established Kingcolor Paper in Hong Kong, focusing on the thermal paper industry. This was her first photo with the factory and the team, marking the beginning of the Thermal Label Supply Kingcolor Paper history.
Over the past five years, Kingcolor Paper has actively participated in trade exhibitions across the globe, with footprints in cities like Dubai, Frankfurt, New York, and São Paulo. At these events, Kelly established connections with numerous clients, many of whom have remained close partners to this day. Through exceptional service and high-quality products, our relationships with clients have deepened, leading to mutual growth and expansion for both companies. In 2010, we established Kingcolor Paper in Shenzhen, focusing on finished labels and various label materials, and positioning ourselves as a leading supplier of label materials. We began participating in global label exhibitions, where we connected with numerous thermal label wholesalers and buyers, fostering many collaborations between label factories and finished product businesses. In 2014, Kingcolor celebrated its 10th anniversary and relocated its headquarters to Bao’an District, Shenzhen, while moving its factory to Zhaoqing, Guangdong. With expanded facilities and new production lines for thermal paper and labels, we welcomed an increasing number of clients to our Chinese factory, fostering valuable business relationships. As we all know, the global pandemic in 2019 forced people worldwide to shift to online purchasing, leading to the explosion of the e-commerce era. During the three years of the pandemic, we saw almost no international clients visiting our factory. However, our production lines remained fully booked, with exports reaching 100 containers per month. This was the result of our longstanding relationships with existing clients and new customers acquired through e-commerce channels. Our commitment to high-quality products is why 80% of our old customers continue to make repeat purchases. This photo was taken before the pandemic in 2019 during a client visit.
In 2024, we celebrate 19 years of experience in thermal label production and have established overseas warehouses around the world. We now have warehouses in the USA, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and other countries. Local clients can view samples and place orders directly, saving on communication costs and the complexities of international shipping. We look forward to expanding our services to more countries.
