Production Equipment & Processes
Our four-story Yueyang manufacturing base covers more than 5,000 m², with a total investment of over CNY 20 million. The factory is divided into six functional production zones for efficient material flow. With more than 20 advanced machines, we manage the complete production process from parent rolls to finished products.

Printing Equipment
We operate multiple high-end 4- to 8-color printing presses for functional printing, graphic printing and variable-data printing on thermal paper, labels and carbonless forms.
Proprietary Black-Mark Printing: Accurate positioning and consistent ink density support reliable sensor recognition in compatible ATM and lottery-printing equipment. High-Precision Registration: Precise registration keeps text and graphics aligned across multi-layer and multi-part products with no visible registration shift. Variable Data Customization: Supports barcode, serial number and custom text printing for personalized orders.Slitting Equipment
Our high-speed precision slitting machines convert parent rolls into custom widths and roll diameters. The equipment supports a wide range of paper products, from standard bulk orders to special-size requirements.
Long-Roll Production: Supports rolls over 400 m for high-volume terminals, helping reduce roll-change frequency.
Clean, Precise Cutting: Controlled dimensions and clean edges support smooth paper feeding and help reduce printer jams.
Flexible Size Customization: Roll width and diameter can be customized for commercial and industrial applications.
Rewinding Equipment
Our automatic multi-specification rewinding machines calibrate roll tension, shape finished rolls and inspect slit semi-finished products, supporting consistent production of POS rolls, ATM receipt rolls and custom label rolls.
Stable Tension Winding: Intelligent tension control maintains consistent roll tightness and helps prevent edge curl and feeding misalignment.
Full-Roll Inspection: In-line inspection helps identify internal defects and maintain consistent quality throughout the roll.
Wide Compatibility: The equipment switches quickly between standard and custom roll sizes, supporting efficient and flexible production.
Post-Processing Equipment
Equipped with a complete range of folding, punching and edge-sealing machines, our post-processing line provides functional finishing for tickets, business forms and custom labels to meet application-specific customization needs.
Precise Z-Fold Processing: Smooth folding for lottery and ticketing paper with jam-free feeding.
Multi-Function Finishing: Combines punching, tear-off perforations and edge sealing for different product requirements.
Application-Specific Customization: Processes can be adjusted to add the functions required for specific applications.
In-Line Inspection Systems
Embedded high-precision optical inspection devices monitor core indicators including black mark position, ink density and dimensions in real time, automatically identifying and removing defective products during production.
Black-Mark Inspection: 100% inspection of black-mark printing supports consistent positioning and sensor recognition.
Automatic Defect Detection and Removal: Nonconforming items are identified and removed in real time to reduce manual sorting and production waste.
Batch Traceability: Automatic data archiving supports full lifecycle quality tracking.
In-House Testing Laboratory
In addition to in-line inspection, our laboratory verifies product performance before mass production, conducts sampling inspections on finished batches and tests equipment compatibility to support consistent product quality.

Machine Compatibility Testing: Paper is tested on mainstream ATM, POS and lottery printers to confirm feeding and sensor recognition. Performance Testing: Print clarity, coating quality, physical performance and image-retention testing. Environmental Simulation: Testing under different temperature and humidity conditions. Black Mark Verification: Sensor-recognition testing is carried out across different printer models to improve detection accuracy.Quality Control Management
