Customers may provide complete artwork for OEM production or submit an existing form, business fields and usage requirements for ODM layout preparation. The production design is based on the approved document structure.

Form size, ply count, full-sheet or equal-division layout, page perforations and stub positions can be specified according to the intended use. Tractor-feed holes and detachable side margins can be reviewed for compatible dot matrix printing applications.

White, pink, yellow, blue and green paper colors can be arranged in the required order. Each ply may carry a different copy name or selected fixed content, such as Customer Copy, Accounting Copy, Warehouse Copy or File Copy.

Company logos, document headers, tables, terms, contact details and single-color or multicolor graphics can be incorporated. Sequential numbers, prefixes, product codes, barcodes, QR codes or selected anti-counterfeiting marks are prepared according to the approved artwork and production feasibility.

For forms completed through business software and dot matrix printers, the preprinted fields, page breaks and data positions can be checked against a customer-provided output sample. Artwork approval or trial printing helps confirm alignment before bulk production.

Separate product codes, version numbers and package labels can distinguish forms for different departments, branches or business uses. Outer packaging may identify the form name, size, ply count, quantity and numbering range for storage and repeat ordering.
