What Happens After You Send a Sample? Understand First, Then Produce | KINGCOLOR
2026-11-03
When KINGCOLOR receives a sample, we do not rush into production. We first confirm the machine, application and the actual problem the customer wants to solve.
A sample is the starting point for understanding a requirement, not an instruction to begin production immediately. We first identify the equipment it will be used with, the application environment and the specific performance the customer wants to improve or verify.
We then combine sample observation with necessary testing to clarify key specifications and compatibility details before sampling and production. Asking one more question at the beginning can help reduce later revisions and keep the custom solution closer to real-world use.
