My quantity for color labels/printed customization is small and can't meet the regular MOQ. Can you still do it?
Yes. For low-volume customers, we offer small-batch trial orders and color digital proofing solutions to lower the customization threshold. Proofing confirms the result before you decide on mass production.
28
I have my own design and drawings. Can you customize? What is the MOQ?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM customization with transparent tiered MOQs. Standard products, simple printing and full-layout customization have different minimum order quantities. Once you provide drawings, we present a solution and MOQ quotation.

Are your papers environmentally friendly and phenol-free? What's the difference from cheaper phenol-containing paper on the market?
Kingcolor offers 100% phenol-free products with environmentally friendly coatings that meet EU and US compliance requirements. In contrast, some low-cost papers on the market may contain phenolic substances, increasing the risk of customs detention and rapid fading. Environmental compliance is a key differentiator of our premium positioning.
31
How long are your certificates valid, and which organizations issued them?
Each certificate indicates its validity period and testing institution, all displayed in our certification center. Different certificates have different validity periods. You can confirm the currently valid version before placing an order.
32
Is your BPA/BPS-free test real and valid? Do you support third-party testing?
Our products are 100% BPA/BPS-free, and our test reports are genuine and valid. We support third-party re-testing by institutions you designate, and provide corresponding samples for verification.
33
Do you have FDA, REACH and ISO certifications? Can you provide a full set of customs clearance certificates?
Yes. We hold ISO certifications and provide relevant FDA and REACH compliance documentation. Every batch is tested before shipment. A complete set of customs clearance documents and test reports is available for overseas customs clearance and project bidding to help reduce the risk of goods being detained. The relevant documents can be downloaded from our certification center.
34
Do you provide industry-specific test reports for your medical and banking paper products?
Yes. Our specialty products, including medical recording paper, ATM thermal paper and security tickets, come with industry-specific test reports and certifications, such as medical biocompatibility test reports and security certifications. These documents can be previewed and downloaded online to meet bidding requirements for medical and financial projects.
35
What should I consider when choosing paper for different countries/climates?
Climate affects paper durability. For tropical heat and humidity choose a moisture-resistant coating; for cold zones use low-temperature labels; coastal salt-spray and humid areas need enhanced moisture/water resistance; dry, dusty regions benefit from anti-static options. Tell us the target market and we recommend accordingly.

How do I choose the adhesive type for labels?
Common label adhesives include water-based, hot-melt and solvent-based adhesives (oil glue). Low-temperature adhesive is a special formula for cold conditions, not a separate basic type. Water-based adhesives usually suit smooth, dry surfaces at room temperature; hot-melt adhesives provide strong initial adhesion. Solvent-based adhesives may suit oily or rough surfaces, outdoor use or applications requiring weather resistance. Refrigerated or frozen products need an adhesive designed for low temperatures. The final choice depends on labeling and use temperatures, face stock, surface material and required adhesion.
