What is the difference between 12mm and 25mm cores? Which devices are they compatible with?

2026-10-14
The core size determines whether the paper fits properly into the printer. A 12mm small core is commonly used in medical and portable devices; a 25mm large core is used in regular devices such as retail cash registers and self-service kiosks. We confirm the core according to your machine model before ordering to avoid jams or fit issues.
